Right to Equality
Right to equality includes equality before law, prohibition of discrimination on grounds of race, religion, gender, and caste or birth place. It also includes equality of opportunity in matters of employment, The Constitution of india assures equal right of speech, work, live and equal opportunity in employment to each and every person of India.
