Article Submission Guidelines
All content submitted to lawforce.in, must comply with following rules
All content must be :
- accurate, precise and relevant
- for the purpose of academic use in good faith
- Respectful towards women
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Comply with all generally accepted academic and social norms, and must give appropriate credit for contributions
Content must NOT :
- infringe any intellectual property rights.
- be malicious, discriminatory, threatening, offensive, racist or hurt any social or religious sentiments.
- be pornographic or indecent.
- not promote hatred or violence, group of people or set of beliefs, or provide any link to any such material.
- give a false information or misrepresentation.
- defame or harm any person in any manner.
- disclose confidential or personal information of others.
- breach any conditions of any other website or other forum from which that content was received, reffered or copied, or from which you have provided a link to lawforce.in
- be for the purpose of promoting any product, service, product or interest commercially.
- promote any political views.
Preffered Article Format
- Articles should be well-written and clear.
- Article must be less then 2500 words.
- Articles for submission must be previously unpublished.
- Article may be in either in Hindi or English Language.
- The article should be thoroughly reviewed for proper grammar before being submitted.
- Provide subheadings if possible.
- The submitter attests that the work is original and that he/she is the author.
- All research works should be carefully referenced, reference numbers should be placed at the end of the article.
- It is the responsibility of the author to obtain permission for the use of any copyrighted material, including citations, case laws, references and images.
- Case laws should be given with proper citations.
- Once a article has been accepted for publication it undergoes a careful editorial process.
लेख भेजने हेतु दिशा-निर्देश
Lawforce.in पर सबमिट करने हेतु लेख या अन्य सामग्री निम्नलिखित नियमों अनुरूप होनी चाहिए:
- सभी सामग्री संछिप्त, सटीक और प्रासंगिक होनी चाहिए
- सभी सामान्य अनुक्रम में स्वीकृत शैक्षणिक, नैतिक और सामाजिक मानदंडों का पालन करें,
- लेख के लिए आपके द्वारा लिए योगदान के लिए उपयुक्त क्रेडिट दें और सभी आवश्यक सहमति प्राप्त करें
- किसी भी व्यक्ति के किसी भी बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार का उल्लंघन न करें
- किसी भी अन्य वेबसाइट या अन्य फोरम की किसी भी शर्त का उल्लंघन न करें, जिससे लेख हेतु सामग्री प्राप्त हुई, रेफर की गई या कॉपीकी गई, या जिससे आपने lawforce.in को लिंक प्रदान किया हो।
- किसी भी तरह से किसी व्यक्ति की मानहानि न करें व नुकसान न पहुंचाएं
- आपका लेख दुर्भावनापूर्ण, भेदभावपूर्ण, धमकी देने वाला, आक्रामक, नस्लवादी न हो
- आपका लेख महिलाओं के प्रति भेदभावपूर्ण, अपमानजनक या पूर्वाग्रहों से ग्रसित न हो
- लेख नफरत या हिंसा या ऐसी किसी भी सामग्री के लिए कोई लिंक प्रदान न करता हो
- किसी भी सामाजिक या धार्मिक भावनाओं को आहत नहीं करता हो
- झूठी जानकारी या गलत जानकारी न दें
- लेख केवल सद्भावना पूर्वक अकादमिक उपयोग के उद्देश्य से हो
- लेख किसी उत्पाद, सेवा, उत्पाद या रुचि को व्यावसायिक रूप से बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से नहीं होना चाहिए
- अश्लील या अपमानजनक न हो
- किसी भी राजनीतिक विचारों को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से नहीं हो
- दूसरों की गोपनीय या व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का खुलासा न करें
- लेख में सभी कानूनी प्रावधानों का पूरी तरह पालन किया जाए
लेख / आर्टिकल का प्रारूप कैसा हो
- लेख/ आर्टिकल मौलिक एवं अप्रकाशित होना चाहिए।
- लेख/आर्टिकल 2500 शब्दों से कम का होना चाहिए।
- लेख हिंदी या अंग्रेजी भाषा में हो सकता है।
- प्रस्तुत करने से पहले उचित व्याकरण के लिए लेख की अच्छी तरह से समीक्षा की जानी चाहिए।
- सभी शोध कार्यों को सावधानीपूर्वक संदर्भित किया जाना चाहिए, संदर्भ संख्या को लेख के अंत में रखा जाना चाहिए
- उद्धरण, केस कानून, संदर्भ और छवियों सहित किसी भी कॉपीराइट सामग्री के उपयोग के लिए अनुमति प्राप्त करना लेखक की जिम्मेदारी है।
- केस कानूनों को उचित उद्धरणों (रिफ्रेंस / साइटेशन) के साथ दिया जाना चाहिए।
- एक बार जब कोई लेख प्रकाशन के लिए स्वीकार कर लिया जाता है तो उसे संपादकीय प्रक्रिया से गुजरना पड़ता है, उसके बाद ही उसे प्रकाशित किया जायेगा, जिसके बारे में कोई विवाद या शिकायत स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी।
